Shipping and Production Times 

• Our usual working days are Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays
• We aim to dispatch same day for orders placed before 4pm however please allow up to 48 hours for personalised bibs and Tuxedo bibs. See below for delivery options via Royal Mail.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping over £40 will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.

Shipping Courier - Royal Mail Tracked

UK Delivery: Orders will ship via Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour Tracked delivery and a tracking link will be sent to you in your order shipment confirmation email.  Please refer to this link for up to date delivery information.  We are not able to see any further information than what is shared on this link. 

Shipping Courier Costs

- England, Wales, Scotland:

• 48 Hour Tracked - £3.50

• 24 Hour Tracked - £4.50

- Republic of Ireland & Europe

• Royal Mail Tracked delivery - £10 for small orders e.g. 5 bibs or less or £12 for larger orders.  Orders will be delivered in approximately 5-7 days.  

- Global Delivery, excluding America/Canada

We ship globally to most of the world, with the exception of North America/Canada where we do not ship to.  Orders sent outside of the UK will require import duties to be paid by the receiver. International shipping taxes, customs and import fees are the responsibility of the receiver and rates are set by each country uniquely. We are not able to predict local fees but you can seek advice from your countries import information websites. 

Shipping Courier Costs: Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £12 for small orders (up to 5 bibs) and £19 for larger orders.  .

Returns

• We want you to love your products and the BibbilyBoo service, so we offer a full refund for items not meeting expectations if reported and returned within 14 days of purchase. If you aren't entirely satisfied with your order please get in touch and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues for you. We are here to help!

• If you wish to return any part of your order, it must be in its original packaging, unused/unwashed and returned within 14 days of purchase.  Please inform us as soon as possible to request return address details. If you are returning an item and it is advised that you send it with proof of postage or delivery confirmation to track the return.  We cannot refund items that don't make it back to us. 

• Please provide order reference numbers with your returned items so that we can process any refunds quickly and report your return request to us prior to posting via katie@bibbilyboo.com.

• Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage costs but the value of the item/s at purchase will be returned to the bank account from which the original payment was taken. Payment will be received within 3-7 working days from receipt at our offices, but often much sooner, provided that proof of purchase is confirmed and items are returned fit for resale.

Exchanges

• Should you wish to exchange your order for another size, or item, we are happy to accommodate this request for unused/unworn items.  Please send us an email in advance to arrange exchanges and include your order number with the returned goods.  Contact email: katie@bibbilyboo.com
