Shipping & Turnaround Times

Shipping and Production Times  

All bibs are handmade to order require up to 3 working days to be made before they can be dispatched. 

If you require baby bibs urgently, you can order a selection of baby bib bundles on Amazon prime for next day delivery - please click here to visit Amazon.

 

Please factor the above times into your consideration when placing an order and choosing which speed/class of postage you require at checkout. 

  • Please note working days are Monday to Friday and do not include bank holidays.  

  

Where we ship to

  • United Kingdom & most countries in the world,  with the exception of North America/Canada, which we currently do not ship to.  Our post is shipped with Royal Mail. 

  • Orders sent to Southern Ireland and countries outside of the UK are sent by tracked Royal Mail post and may require import duties to be paid by the receiver. Deliveries to Ireland have been noted as taking up to 3 weeks so please do keep this in mind and use your tracking code to check for status updates. 
  • You may be subject to international shipping taxes/customs fees which are the responsibility of the receiver. 

 

Courier Details

  • We ship with Royal Mail via 24 or 48 hour signed for delivery.  This is not a tracked service so you will not receive a tracking reference.  All orders will be provided with a Royal Mail parcel reference however, which is emailed to you as a link in your order confirmation email.  It will not show journey updates but will show attempted delivery, return to depot status or delivery time/confirmation. If you have not received this email it may have been sent to your junk mail so please do check there for confirmation of shipment. 

  • It is advised that you select first class for urgent U.K. orders, but please remember that the manufacturing time quoted above is to be added on to your shipping time. 

     

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping Costs - United Kingdom

    • 2nd Class Royal Mail is £3.00 for small items i.e. 3 bibs or less, but no more than £3.50 for heavier parcels such as gift boxes
    • 1st Class Royal Mail is £3.50 for small items  i.e. 3 bibs or less, but no more than £4.50 for heavier items such as parecls or gift boxes. 

     

    Shipping Costs - Republic of Ireland & Europe (PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES SUBJECT TO BREXIT AND IMPORTATION)

    • Items are now posted as tracked delivery at £10 for small orders e.g. 5 bibs or less or £12 for larger orders.  Orders will be delivered in approximately 5-7 days.  Please note these prices cover the actual costs of shipping and packaging with royal mail which has unfortunately increased due to Brexit and does not result in profit to Bibbilyboo.  We apologise that shipping costs have increased internationally and will always seek to find reliable and affordable providers. 

       

      Shipping Costs - Rest of the world

      • Items are posted tracked delivery at £12 for small orders (up to 5 bibs) and £19 for larger orders.  These costs cover the actual costs of shipping with royal mail which has unfortunately increased since Brexit. 

       

      Returns

      • If you wish to return any part of your order, it must be in its original packaging, unused/unwashed and received within 14 days of purchase.  Please inform us as soon as possible if you are posting an item and it is advised that you ship with proof if postage or delivery confirmation.

      • Please provide order reference numbers with your returned items so that we can process any refunds quickly and report your return to us prior to posting at bibbilyboo@mail.com.

      • Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs but the value of the item/s at purchase will be returned to the bank account from which the original payment was taken. Payment will be received within 3-7 working days from receipt at our offices, but often much sooner, provided that proof of purchase is confirmed and items are returned fit for resale.

      Exchanges

      • Should you wish to exchange your order for another size, or item, we are happy to accommodate this so please just drop us an email at katie@bibbilyboo.com with your order number to let us know. 

      • If your original items are unused and un-worn you can post them back to us for an exchange.

      • We want you to love your products and the BibbilyBoo service, so we offer a full refund for items not meeting expectations if reported within 14 days of purchase.
